I am satisfied with windows for keeping cold out heat in but everytime it rains all the 7 sliders inside tracks fill with water.
Newly installed window has water inside window track.
Most vinyl sliders will run water through the frame s weep system as you are describing.
Any thoughts on how to fix this.
The water seems to be filling the window tracks then entering.

The weep holes seem present and unblocked.
It looks like rain blows in through the screen and travels along the window track to the interior track of the fixed window.
Water could be coming in from around the window through the window frame or around the edges of the glass.
Dig about 2 feet below each basement window sill and fill each hole with crushed stone that is about 1 2 inch in size if you would rather not use window well covers.

On an inspection that i did today in rainy weather i lifted up a 4 sale sign that was on the window sill and saw standing water in the window track.
If they say there is drainage under the track i ll see if i can get a handyman to remove the door and track and try to figure out where the water runs to.

If you only see water on the windowsill when there is a lot of condensation on the window you might have a humidity problem.
